Fully self contained flats for 2-6 people each with own w.c., shower or bath, well equipped kitchen areas with microwave, full size cooker, fridges, cutlery, crockery, pans etc., dining facilities, and colour T.V. with 24 hour Movie Channel and all bed linen. Metered electricity.

We provide first class spotlessly clean modern flats to ensure you a pleasant and comfortable holiday. We provide everything except towels.

The flats are available at 2.00pm on the day of arrival and guests are asked to vacate them by 10.00am on day of departure. If you are arriving before 2.00pm we will make every effort to have the flat ready earlier.

SINGLE SEX PARTIES
We regret that due to the behaviour of an irresponsible minority we cannot accept bookings from young persons or single sex parties and therefore bookings are restricted to MIXED COUPLES AND FAMILY GROUPS ONLY

BOOKING PROCEDURE
Telephone 01253 623948 where we will provisionally hold a flat for 7 days to enable you to send a deposit (One third of total tariff) Complete a booking form when an official receipt will be forwarded if the flat is available or your deposit will be refunded by post.

If you are held up on your journey, please ring us before 6pm when we will arrange a later reception.

Wheelchairs are accepted with pleasure, we have a ramp and access is possible into certain ground floor flats, sorry but the bathrooms WILL NOT accommodate wheelchairs, please telephone for further details – Thank you
